1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FeastPlan (the "Service"), operated by Mitra Bilgisayar Yazilim Danismanlik Sanayi Ticaret Limited Sirketi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeastPlan is an event and seating management platform that allows users to create events, manage guest lists, design seating arrangements, send invitations, collect feedback, and share event memories. The Service is available via web application and mobile applications for iOS and Android.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Pricing and Payments

FeastPlan offers a free Starter plan and paid plans (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) billed per event as a one-time payment. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk invitations to people who have not consented
• Upload harmful content, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Guest Data and Invitations

As an event organizer, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent to add guests and send invitations via email or SMS. You must comply with applicable data protection and anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA). We provide unsubscribe options in all communications sent through the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeastPlan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
